Guests are welcome to check in any time after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, with checkout required before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Each villa accommodates a maximum of two guests unless otherwise specified, and we do not allow pets. To maintain the peaceful character of our homes, parties and events are strictly prohibited, and smoking inside the property is not permitted.

Your safety and comfort are important to us, so please note the following property details. The homes are not suitable for children or infants. A smoke alarm is installed for your protection; however, a carbon monoxide alarm has not been reported, and we suggest bringing a portable detector if you wish to have one during your stay. Full villa-specific guidelines will be provided upon check-in to ensure you can relax with confidence.

Our cancellation policy follows Airbnb’s trusted framework for clarity and fairness. Under the Flexible option, guests may cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. Under the Moderate option, guests may cancel up to five days before check-in for a full refund, with cancellations made closer than five days refunded at 50% of the nightly rate. Under the Strict option, cancellations are permitted up to fourteen days before check-in with a 50% refund, but no refunds are available for cancellations within fourteen days of arrival. Each property may follow its own cancellation setting, so please review the conditions listed at the time of booking. Guests who book directly through Tuscany Luxury Rentals also receive personalized support with any changes or cancellations.
